Heavy rains in the Antakya district of Turkey's Hatay province have killed two people. It was reported that the incessant rains flooded streets, some homes and businesses in the district. In particular, a house collapsed, killing one person. Rescue crews rescued three people from under the rubble of the house. Also, a car fell into a stream due to a road collapse, killing the driver.
Some roads in the district are currently closed, traffic is being diverted to one direction, and rescue operations are ongoing.
