Head of State Emomali Rahmon commissioned the Buston-Obshoron-Zarnisor highway

On July 7, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, as part of a working trip to the Sughd region, commissioned the Buston - Obshoron - Zarnisor highway. The length of the road is 38 kilometers, it connects the Matcha district and a number of villages of Bobojon of the Gafurov district with the village of Zarnisor of the city of Guliston.

Reconstruction of the highway "Buston - Obshoron - Zarnisor" is one of the large-scale projects in the field of road construction, implemented on behalf of the Government on the basis of a tripartite agreement between the Limited Liability Company "Mining Company of Tajikistan and China", the Limited Liability Company "Establishment of Mechanized Works" Somoni ” and the Executive body of state power of Guliston in the amount of more than 75 million somoni.

It was reported that as a result of many years of use, the road was worn out, now it is completely repaired.

Work on the construction and reconstruction of the road and related facilities were completed by employees and specialists of the Limited Liability Company "Establishment of Mechanized Works" Somoni "with the involvement of employees, specialists, construction equipment and mechanisms within a period of more than one year with high quality.

The highway "Buston - Obshoron - Zarnisor" with a length of 38 kilometers was completely rebuilt from the foundation, according to road standards, the asphalt was laid in two layers. The width of the road asphalt is from 7 to 11 meters.

Two new traffic bridges were built on this road, and two existing bridges were completely renovated and modernized.

On various sections of the Buston - Obshoron - Zarnisor highway, bank protection structures, drainage trays were erected, and protective structures were built on the side of the road.

Building materials - sand, gravel and hot asphalt - are provided by the Mechanized Works Establishment Somoni.

It was emphasized that the implementation of the project for the reconstruction of the Buston-Obshoron-Zarnisor highway with the support of the Government of the country is one of the important measures for the creation and reconstruction of communication facilities and plays an important role in the economic and social development of the region. Because the road connects a large region of the country's mining industry - the Limited Liability Company "Mining Company of Tajikistan and China", the cascade of deposits of Zarnisor and Burgund, agricultural regions and the villages of Bobojon of Gafurov and Matcha districts with the center of the region - Khujand. The new road reduces the time and cost of freight and passenger transportation, creates regulatory conditions for the movement of freight and passenger vehicles.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of the work performed within the stipulated time, and called the significant contribution of companies and enterprises to the implementation of the project.

Representatives of the public of the Matchinsky district and Guliston expressed gratitude to the Head of State and the Government of the country for their attention and care in the field of road construction.
