Half a million people evacuated in Vietnam due to typhoon

The Vietnamese government decided to move more than 586,000 citizens to safe areas due to Hurricane Kajiki. Wind speeds of up to 180 km/h are expected to intensify at the center of the storm. Residents of the central provinces of Tanh Hoa, Kuangchi, Xue and Danang were evacuated from their homes. All flights were canceled, the landing was prohibited, the military was in a state of emergency.
