Hajj and Umrah Travel in Uzbekistan: Now Only via a Single Portal

From now on, citizens wishing to perform Hajj or Umrah must register through the “Unified Hajj and Umrah Portal.” Hajj trips will be arranged through the portal starting from February 1, 2026, and Umrah trips from May 1. Pilgrims who are not registered on the portal will not be able to organize their journeys. Legal entities organizing Umrah and the Muslim Board must connect to the portal by April 1.

Through the portal, citizens can join the queue online, complete documents, and register without bureaucratic procedures. If a person changes their place of residence, the queue status may be retained or renewed.

Citizens traveling for Hajj will undergo a free medical examination. For Umrah trips, the medical check-up is optional and can be done at state or private institutions.
