Godunova reported to Tokayev on the results of the audit in a number of ministries

ASTANA, August 28 - Sputnik. Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Chairman of the Supreme Audit Chamber Natalia Godunova, the Akorda website reported on Monday.

Godunova reported on the work of the chamber for the first half of 2023. In total, during the reporting period, 12 audit activities were carried out at 121 facilities, covering about 9.3 trillion tenge of budget funds.

The head of the Supreme Audit Chamber also informed the president about the results of individual audits at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, RSE Kazvodkhoz and other structures.

The President gave a number of instructions to audit the use of budgetary funds and the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs.
