Gaza suffers $70 billion in damages from Israeli attacks

Over the past two years, Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip have caused an estimated $70 billion in material damage.
According to official reports, more than 80% of Gaza’s 365-square-kilometer territory has been seized by Israel, while 90% of the infrastructure has been destroyed.
Thousands of Palestinians have been forced to flee their homes and are now living in an area of just 73 square kilometers.
The United Nations has described the situation as a violation of human rights.

Continuous Israeli strikes have nearly paralyzed Gaza’s healthcare system.
Since October 7, 2023, 1,701 medical workers have been killed, while 362 have been detained or reported missing — among them 88 doctors and 132 nurses.
