Gambling officials were pulled into jarim

Dilshod Daliyev, deputy head of poverty reduction and Employment Department of uchkopriksky district, Sirozhiddin Rakhmonaliyev, head of the District economy and finance department, and two other citizens were found to have violated the established order and gambled in Uchkoprik district at about 6:00 pm on 26 August in Daliyev'S East-prosperity textile, which belonged to the “Bogi-Boston” neighborhood Citizens ' Assembly.

The offenders confessed to an act of trespass they committed in court and expressed remorse for what they had done. 

By the court decision, Dilshod Daliyev, Sirozhiddin Rakhmonaliyev and two other citizens were found guilty by Part 1 of Article 191 of the code of administrative responsibility, each of which was punishable by a fine of three times the amount of BHM (990 thousand rubles). 

Parties dissatisfied with the decision are entitled to appeal and file a protest on appeal to the Fergana regional court within twenty days from the date the decision was announced, the offenders received a copy of the decision.
