From September 4, the starting time of the teaching process in 31 HEIs near metro stations has been announced.

The optimized work schedule of higher education institutions located near the stations was approved in order to properly distribute the flow of passengers in the Tashkent metro, to make it easier for students to reach their classes on time. According to it, from September 4, 2023, students of the above 31 higher education institutions will attend classes based on the changed schedule. We remind you that in accordance with the Presidential Decree, September 2-Saturday is designated as an additional day off due to the Independence Day, so September 1-3 will be a holiday for everyone. In this regard, the new academic year 2023/2024 will begin on September 4 (Monday) in all state higher and professional educational institutions and academic lyceums in our republic.
