From September 2, car tests will be stopped at the Piscent landfill

The technical regulation agency of Uzbekistan announced that from September 2, the practice of testing cars at the Piscent landfill will be canceled. As a reason, it was shown that the country has experienced a sharp increase in the number of official dealers and service centers, as well as a system of Consumer work with them. Today, 21 foreign companies operate in Uzbekistan, receiving type approval documents for more than 100 car models. The agency noted that the quality and safety of imported cars are constantly monitored, and if inconsistencies are detected, appropriate measures will be taken on them.
