A one-time fee of 50% of BHM in the city of Tashkent, 40% of BHM in regional centers, and 30% of BHM in districts (cities) is charged for providing state services on site or sending an application for using state services.
From October 1 of this year, public services will be provided on-site. The Ministry of Justice has provided information on the procedure for providing public services on-site.
State services are provided by contacting the Ministry of Justice's Contact Center ("Call-center") or its official website.
Inquiries through the "Call-center" are received during working hours from 09:00 to 18:00. It can be applied at any time of the day through the official website.
A one-time fee in the amount of 50% of BHM in Tashkent city, 40% of BHM in regional centers, and 30% of BHM in districts (cities) is charged for providing state services on site or sending an application for using state services.
Fees are not charged for the provision of public services to the elderly who need the help of others, persons with limited ability to move independently due to their health conditions, and persons with group I and II disabilities.
On-site provision of public services does not apply to the following:
to issue a national driver's license;
to issue identification ID cards and biometric passports of citizens of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens permanently residing in Uzbekistan, and stateless persons;
to provide state services for issuing a personal identification number of an individual.
