The draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers "On additional measures to introduce market mechanisms in the fuel and energy sector" was discussed.
According to the draft document, it is proposed to increase electricity and natural gas tariffs for legal entities from October 1, 2023.
Electricity tariffs may be set at 1,000 soums (currently 450 soums) for 1 kWh for OKMK, NKMK, "Uzmetkombinat" and budget organizations, and 900 soums (currently 450 soums) for other organizations.
Natural gas tariffs are proposed to be set at 1,800 soums per cubic meter (currently 660 soums) for OKMK, NKMK, "Uzmetkombinat" and budget organizations, and 1,500 soums (currently 660 soums) for other organizations. done
The project envisages that the tariffs for electricity (295 soums), natural gas (380 soums) and liquefied gas (1120 soums) for residents will remain unchanged and at current prices.
We remind you that the increase in energy tariffs for the population and business, the transition to differentiated tariffs for the population was planned for the summer of 2022, but it was delayed.
It was announced in March that the energy tariffs for the population will not be increased in 2023.
