To senior citizens who do not have the necessary work experience, to the legal representative of a child under the age of 18 who is engaged in the care of children with disabilities who need the care of others, to one disabled family member of survivors' pension recipients, to one disabled family member of survivors' pension recipients and complete work experience. The minimum amount of old-age pension at the time of absence, pensions and allowances were increased to 648,000 soums, taking into account the additional payment.

An additional 180 billion soums will be allocated from the Pension Fund to increase pensions.
