From Football to Film: Alfie Whiteman Becomes a Cinematographer
Former Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Alfie Whiteman, aged 27, has officially retired from professional football and started a new chapter as a cinematographer at London’s Somesuch studio.
Interestingly, just five months ago, Whiteman was celebrating a Europa League victory. Now, he’s traded football gloves for a camera lens.
🎷 Art runs in his veins — Whiteman was born into a family of jazz musicians and once worked as a DJ. During his 10 years with Tottenham, he made only 8 minutes of first-team appearances.
