Fraudsters who deceived citizens by promising jobs in Korea were exposed
In Surkhandarya, it was revealed that a group of individuals had fraudulently extorted a total of $408.8 thousand from 63 people by promising to send citizens to work in Korea.
According to the investigation, the head of the non-governmental educational institution "K.M." and his associates gained the trust of citizens living in 6 regions and promised to provide them with jobs in South Korea.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan for fraud, and the investigation is ongoing.
