Four residents of Baku drowned in the Caspian Sea

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan once again appeals to the population with a call to observe proper safety rules and not to use areas not intended for swimming.
Four people drowned at once in the Caspian Sea, near the village of Shuvelan in the Khazar district of Baku, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan reported.
Employees of the State Service for the Supervision of Small Vessels and Rescue on the Waters of the Agency managed to find the bodies of all four.

Recall that the department has repeatedly appealed to the population with a call to observe proper safety rules and not to use areas not intended for swimming.
The other day, the ministry once again reminded citizens that while relaxing on the beaches it is forbidden to swim in uncontrolled areas, swim behind buoys, go into the sea in windy weather, spend the night on the beach, swim while intoxicated and leave children unattended.
