For 2023, the real income of the Regional Development Funds of Kyrgyzstan will amount to more than 2 billion soms. The profile committee of the parliament considered the use of this money

At a meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on the fuel and energy complex, subsoil use and industrial policy, they heard information on the implementation of Article 30 of the Law "On Subsoil" and the funds of regional development funds.

Information on this issue was provided by the Deputy Ministers of Finance, the Minister of Economy and Commerce, as well as the heads of presidential plenipotentiaries in the regions.

As Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Choro Seyitov noted, this article concerns a social package - an agreement that is being developed on the basis of a program for the socio-economic development of the territory where the subsoil use facility is located. The agreement is concluded between the subsoil user and the executive body of the relevant administrative-territorial unit.

“According to the results of January-December 2022, real incomes in the Regional Development Funds amounted to 3 billion 115 million soms, including 1 billion 558 million soms from payers, 669 million soms from the republican budget, of which 2 billion 227 million soms were financed,” — Ch. Seyitov said, adding that according to the planned forecast for 2023, the real income of the Regional Development Funds will amount to 2 billion 16 million.
