The list of Russian companies operating in Tajikistan includes UTair, Ural Airlines, North Wind, S7 Airlines and Yamal.

The agency stressed that flights on the route Tajikistan - Russia and back are among the most popular among passengers in the country.

Along with Russian companies, Air Astana (Kazakhstan), Uzbekistan Airways, Flydubai (United Arab Emirates), Turkish Airlines, Varesh Airlines (Iran), Jazeera Airways (Kuwait), and AZAL (Azerbaijan) also operate.

In the first half of 2023, the country's international airports served almost 1.7 million passengers, of which almost 1 million at Dushanbe International Airport.
