Fire in Shaykhantohur claims three lives

A woman and her two minor children died in a house fire in the Shaykhantohur district.
The tragedy occurred on the evening of February 16 in a house on Beltepa Street in the Shaykhantohur district of Tashkent. The woman and her two minor children, who were trapped in the house, died as a result of the incident, and another citizen was hospitalized with injuries.
Witnesses said that the flames spread quickly and blocked the entrance to the room where the woman and children were. Neighbors tried to break down the wall and help, but those inside died from smoke inhalation.
An investigation is underway into the cause of the fire, pending an investigation.
