On February 16, a gas explosion broke out in one of the apartment buildings in Kokand, Fergana region. As a result, one person died. The fire was caused by a flash of gas and air, and the roof and ceiling of house number 28, covering an area of ​​50 sq.m., as well as household appliances, caught fire. As a result of the flash, 4 citizens received burns of varying degrees and were hospitalized in the city medical association. Despite the medical care provided, 1 citizen died. The causes of the incident are currently being determined.
