Financial assistance provided to families of victims of Gulistan explosion

Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed his condolences to the families of those who died in the gas cylinder explosion that occurred on December 2 in the city of Gulistan and announced that they would be provided with material assistance. As a result of the incident, 29 people were injured and 3 people died. On December 4, the Head of State visited the hospital, got acquainted with the condition of the injured citizens, and talked with their family members. The authorities were instructed to strictly monitor the full provision of all medical assistance. At the same time, instructions were given to thoroughly investigate the causes of the incident, strengthen fire safety control, and prevent such situations. A criminal case has been initiated into the incident, and one person has been detained. A government commission is investigating the causes and providing assistance to the victims.
