The International Football Federation will help build a training center for the national teams of Kyrgyzstan in football, mini-football and beach football in Isik-Gol. President of the Kyrgyz Football Union (KFB) Mederbek Siddikov spoke to reporters today.
According to him, today in the village of Kara-Oy, an area of 8 hectares is provided for the construction of the plant. KFB will build infrastructure from its own budget with the support of FIFA.
“The project for allocating 8 hectares has been submitted for public discussion. We want to make a football center for the national teams. The base of the Kyrgyz Football Union in Bishkek covers an area of 3.5 hectares, but this is not enough. We need 10.5 hectares, at least 8 hectares. These 8 hectares were allocated to us in Ishik-Gol. There will be built a base for the women's and men's Olympic, youth and youth teams." However, as the president of the KSE stated, in order for the project to pay off, other sports facilities will be built on its basis. He added that FIFA sets the conditions for receiving grants, and the KSE fulfills each of them.
