Farrukh Zokirov awarded with the Order "For Great Services"

On April 15, a solemn event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the representative of national pop art, Farrukh Zokirov, was held at the Kuksaroy residence with the participation of Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The head of state congratulated the artist and especially recognized his great contribution to the development of national pop art. The event noted that the 55-year creative activity of the Yalla ensemble and its hundreds of songs have become the "golden fund" of our national culture. It was also announced that, in accordance with the presidential decree, the Children's Music and Art School No. 7 in Yashnabad district will be named after Farrukh Zokirov. At the end of the ceremony, Farrukh Zokirov was awarded with the Order "For Great Services".
