Famous Uzbek Boxers Gift Coach a $150,000 Mercedes

Uzbekistan’s renowned boxers – Murodjon Akhmadaliev, Bakhodir Jalolov, and Israil Madrimov – surprised the head coach of the national boxing team, Tolqin Qilichev, with a Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 worth $150,000 on the occasion of “Teachers and Coaches Day.”
Qilichev, who has led the national team since August 2022, guided Uzbekistan to first place at the 2023 World Championships and the 2024 World Cup. Under his leadership, Uzbek boxers achieved a historic result at the 2024 Paris Olympics, winning five gold medals. The Asian Boxing Confederation also named Qilichev the “Best Coach in Asia” in 2024.
