According to Khalikov, the issue of transferring part-time education to a distance form is being considered. "From 2022, distance education was introduced. Based on two years of analysis, we are looking at the issue of transferring the correspondence to a remote form. That is, in distance education, the student receives a permanent online assignment through the platform, not only when he comes to class, as in correspondence. We just need to be technically ready for it. A student too. Even if you make all the conditions in higher education, if the remote student does not have the Internet or other opportunities, this will also have a negative effect on the process. Forms of extramural education will be gradually transferred to distance learning. Because if we look at the world, both are standing together. Extracurricular education should be abandoned. Today, it has become obsolete, it does not justify itself," he said. Khalikov added that it has not been determined exactly when part-time education will be transferred to a distance form. "The process determines when to switch to remote absenteeism. You can't say anything in advance. Maybe it will take three years or five years. It is necessary to build platforms and have good internet speed. That is, the system will work when the opportunities and conditions are sufficient. There is no point in expanding the routes because the distance is great here. If it doesn't work, it will remain only on paper or in words," said the expert.
