On May 24, a powerful explosion occurred on a railway line near the city of Quetta in the Balochistan province of Pakistan.
The incident killed 23 people and injured 70. The train was partially damaged by the explosion, and the windows of nearby cars and buildings were also damaged.

According to reports, the train was carrying military personnel and was heading to a military base. A lone terrorist rammed a car loaded with explosives into the train. After the explosion, a state of emergency was declared in hospitals in Quetta, and train traffic was temporarily suspended. An investigation has been launched.

In this regard, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed his condolences to the Pakistani leadership and sent condolences to the relatives of the victims.
