Explosion in Pakistan’s Capital

On February 6, an explosion occurred in a mosque in Islamabad during Friday prayers. According to local media, at least 18 people were killed and over 80 injured. The blast was carried out by a suicide bomber. Security personnel stopped the attacker before he could enter, preventing damage to the main prayer hall.
