Exhibition of robot dogs with human faces!

At the Art Basel Miami Beach international art fair, American digital artist, graphic designer and animator Mike Winkelman, better known as “Beeple”, presented the work “Ordinary Animals”. In it, robot dogs are modeled after famous people: Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and famous artists.
“Beeple” explained that the exhibition shows how people see the world, as billionaires are increasingly influencing and shaping public opinion. “In the past, artists shaped how we see the world, but now Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg control most of what we see and want to see”, says the artist.
Based on this idea, “Beeple” wanted to play with a world controlled by algorithms. The exhibition was evaluated differently among the audience: some found it cute, while others called it “scary” and “crazy”.
