EPPF warned Kazakhstanis about fake messages

A foreign news aggregator is spreading false reports with reference to the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund about additional payments, the press service of the fund warns. The press service explained that pension payments from the UAPF to persons who have reached retirement age are carried out monthly according to the established schedule in accordance with the Methodology for calculating the amount of pension payments from the UAPF, approved by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is also possible to receive payments according to the schedule from the UAPF before reaching the generally established retirement age due to the establishment of indefinite disability of the first and/or second group. This method provides for an annual increase in the size of the monthly pension from the UAPF for the previous year at the rate of indexation of pension payments - 5%.
