Emomali Rahmon opened an enterprise for the production of metal structures in Khorog

On August 17, as part of a working trip to GBAO, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahmon opened an enterprise for the production of metal structures in Khorog, the press service of the head of state reports.

It was reported that the enterprise for the production of metal structures, created by the head of Pamir-energoservice LLC Abdulatif Amonulloev, is conducting significant activities in the construction of high-voltage power lines in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.

At the enterprise for the production of metal structures, 30 residents of Khorog were provided with jobs and wages from 2.5 to 3 thousand somoni.

The company employs professional welders and engineers who can fulfill any customer order in the shortest possible time and with high quality.

65 residents of cities and districts of GBAO work at the Pamir-EnergoService enterprise.

The enterprise was created on the basis of an action plan in honor of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

During the familiarization, the Head of State was informed that the enterprise had imported and installed four units of large automatic equipment and six small production machines from the People's Republic of China.

The enterprise for the production of metal structures has launched the production of electric boxes, iron gates, household appliances, lighting columns, equipment for columns of high-voltage power lines and hundreds of items of necessary equipment made to order from iron structures.

The enterprise is located near the international highway "Khorog - Murghab - Kulma", is considered one of the industrial facilities of Khorog.

The Republic of Tajikistan has adopted accelerated industrialization as the fourth strategic goal of the country, which lays a favorable foundation for ensuring the sustainability of the economy, creating new jobs, increasing the country's export potential and competitiveness in the world market.

Based on the announcement of 2022-2026 as the Years of Industrial Development in the region, it is planned to build 92 enterprises, this year 20 industrial enterprises and workshops will be put into operation.

Only in Khorog in 2022, 11 new industrial enterprises and workshops were built and put into operation.

In Khorog, as part of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, on the basis of the plan of the Government of the country, it is planned to build and restore 22 industrial enterprises and workshops, and 10 new industrial enterprises have been built in the center of the region to date.
