Emilbek Abdikadyrov has been appointed as the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Issyk-Kul region, the press service of the head of state reports.
The corresponding decree was signed by Sadyr Zhaparov.
Abdikadyrov has been the mayor of Bishkek since February 24, 2022. He was removed from his post on October 31.
