"Elektroset" may be held liable if it turns off the light without warning

Abdukakhhor Tashmuhamedov, an IT entrepreneur, said in an open conversation with the authorities that the light has been going out every day since the beginning of summer. Dilmurod Kasimov, the business ombudsman, informed that a proposal is being developed to prosecute HETKs for turning off the light without warning in cases not related to accidents.
