Electronic passes will be introduced at Tashkent airport

It is planned to introduce electronic boarding passes at Tashkent International Airport by the end of this year. In the new system, passengers will be able to pass passport, customs and border control points by showing the QR-code on the phone.

In addition, two additional baggage carousels are scheduled to be delivered by the end of the year, which will reduce baggage claim time by 20%. In this way, the passenger capacity of the airport terminal will be increased from 1,200 to 2,400 passengers per hour.
