Due to the fact that the number of teenagers and young adults who smoke electronic cigarettes in Uzbekistan is three times higher than that of adults and this is increasing year by year, the prohibition of circulation of electronic cigarettes and tobacco heating systems in Uzbekistan and the offenses related to the prohibition of these products liability can be determined.

According to the analysis, the number of electronic cigarettes taken from students during raids in schools and public places is increasing year by year: 6 cases in 2019, 27 cases in 2020, 31 cases in 2021, 856 cases in 2022, In 2023 - 1040 were identified.

Also, among the population aged 18-29, the rate of use of the tobacco heating system (252,000 people) is more than 2.5 times higher than that of the population aged 30-69 (94,200).
