Telegram founder Pavel Durov has announced that he is ready to finance in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures for women who want to have children with him, The Wall Street Journal reported.

According to the publication, the program is being implemented in cooperation with a clinic in Moscow. Under the terms, women must be under 37 years old and unmarried.

Earlier, Durov said that all of his children, including those born through donor programs, would have equal inheritance rights. In July 2024, he stated that he is the biological father of more than 100 children.
