Durov Violated the Law in Kazakhstan

Telegram founder Pavel Durov is under investigation for swimming in Kazakhstan’s protected Kolsay Lake.
According to reports, Kolsay Lakes are part of a national nature park where swimming is strictly prohibited. Violators may face a fine of 39,000 tenge (around 870,000 Uzbek soums).
The park administration also stated that disciplinary measures will be taken against staff responsible for insufficient monitoring of the area.
