Dwayne Johnson’s Dramatic New Look Causes a Stir

Hollywood star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is portraying a 70-year-old man in director Benny Safdie’s upcoming film “Lizard Music.” Photos from the set have revealed a dramatic transformation, making the actor almost unrecognizable.
For his new role, the 54-year-old actor underwent a remarkable transformation using special makeup and prosthetics. He also reportedly lost around 13.6 kilograms of muscle mass while preparing for the character.
Based on the children’s book by Daniel Pinkwater, the film follows a young boy who discovers mysterious musical lizards on late-night television and befriends an eccentric elderly man.
The cast also includes well-known actors Rachel McAdams, Colman Domingo, and Jeff Goldblum.
“Lizard Music” is scheduled to premiere on December 25, 2027.
