Near the city of Bern, Switzerland, a duck flew at a speed of 52 km / h and caught on a radar that issues a fine for exceeding the permitted speed limit. The speed limit in the area is 30 km / h. Interestingly, a similar incident occurred in the same place in 2018. Police jokingly explained that it could be “that duck or its agile relative.” They hoped that the incident would be met with laughter by the public.
