Drone attack in the Sea of ​​Azov: 5 Azerbaijani citizens killed

On the night of June 5, a drone attack took place in the Taganrog Bay of the Sea of ​​Azov. The attack targeted the cargo ships "Natra" and "Zircon" sailing from Turkey to Rostov-on-Don.
As a result of the incident, 5 Azerbaijani citizens working on the ships were killed, and 3 more were injured. In total, there were 25 Azerbaijani citizens on board the ships. The injured were taken to the port of Yeysk and a hospital.
According to official data, the ships were sailing under a foreign flag and did not belong to Azerbaijan. Various sources have said that the attack was carried out by unmanned systems units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Their goal was to strike at ships illegally transporting cargo from the occupied territories.
