Driver punished for towing his two friends on a sled behind a “Zhiguli”.

A video circulated on social media showing a driver attaching a sled to his car in the middle of the road and towing two of his friends. According to the Tashkent City Traffic Safety Department, administrative measures were taken against the driver for road hooliganism.

The driver admitted that he had posted the video on Instagram, expressed regret over his actions, and said he would not repeat such behavior.
