Driver in Jizzakh punished for tying a donkey to a truck
A video showing a donkey being tied to a truck and dragged has gone viral on social media, sparking widespread discussion. It turned out that a driver born in 1994 in the Zafarabad district of Jizzakh tied a donkey to a truck and dragged it for about 150 meters. An administrative report was issued against the driver for cruelty to animals, and the truck was placed in a penalty area.
