He was diagnosed with” severe form of diabetes mellitus type two, decompensation stage, Neuroishemic Form Ds, Vanger-4, post-amputation condition in the left femur area of the knee joint crumbling and fracturing his left leg".t turned out that on October 18, 2024, a sick woman named Adinakhon Isomitdinova was brought to the Endocrinology Center in Fergana. He was diagnosed with” severe form of diabetes mellitus type two, decompensation stage, Neuroishemic Form Ds, Vanger-4, post-amputation condition in the left femur area of the knee joint crumbling and fracturing his left leg". However, the head of the Department, Abdubannop Madolimov, performed the operation in his own head and in the presence of a student, cutting off the patient's healthy right leg. Then he also cut off his left leg. The woman who failed to carry out two severe operations died on November 7, 2024.
The court sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to work as a leader and doctor in the Ministry of health system. 
Also, the legal representative of the victim was prescribed to collect 27 million 806 thousand rubles of material and 80 million rubles of moral damage.
