On an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Newark, a passenger caused a disturbance, insulted a flight attendant, and lunged at other passengers.
The man shouted, struck the passenger sitting next to him, and shoved a woman who intervened in the altercation. Subsequently, several passengers restrained him and secured him to his seat using tape and plastic zip ties. Due to the incident, the plane made an emergency landing at Baltimore Airport, where the man was taken into custody by police. An investigation into the passenger is currently underway.
