In it, one of the employees talks about being a good person, respecting parents, "doing what you're told" in order not to regret it later, and "being able to tell the difference between black and white."

Later, it became known that on July 17, the head of the state pre-school education organization in Uchtepa district organized a preventive event on the topic of "Meeting with the military" in cooperation with the head of the district IIO FMB, the department of defense affairs and the chairman of the "Farhod" community assembly. An invitation has been sent.

The video with the details of the event was sent by the teacher of the group to the Telegram group of the parents of the students. "Unfortunately, it is a pity that this video was thrown to other groups by some parents and misinterpreted by the audience," the message says.

On July 28, Shavkat Mirziyoyev criticized the inspectors who gave a lecture to kindergarten children at the meeting of the extended board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"Some preventive inspectors, who do not know what to do, are busy going to kindergartens and lecturing 3-4-year-old children on ``distinguishing between black and white.'' The practice of placing preventive inspectors, who have been in the system for up to 3 years and are now gaining experience, in a crime-heavy neighborhood is still ongoing. On the contrary, employees with many years of experience serve in "good" neighborhoods," the president said.
