Ingredients:
600 g beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato
1 tablespoon starch
400 ml water
1 onion
1 carrot
2 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon each red pepper powder, black pepper, coriander and garlic
Preparation:
First, the meat is cut into long strips and marinated with soy sauce and olive oil. The marinated meat is sent to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then, it is fried in a pot and simmered for a while. When the meat is cooked, add 1 tablespoon butter and fry for a while. Then, vegetables and tomatoes cut into straws are added. Finally, the dish is seasoned with spices and starchy water and cooked over low heat for 30 minutes. Our minced meat dish is served with mashed potatoes or rice pilaf.
