Changes in the leadership of the ministry are taking place after the return of Jamshid Kochkarov to the Ministry of economy and finance.
Deputy Ministers of economy and finance Dilshod Sultanov and Erkin Rustamov were dismissed. According to Oza, they are moving on to another job.

Dilshod Sultanov has been working as deputy minister since September 2018 (then Ministry of Finance).

Erkin Rustamov, on the other hand, came to the ministry in September 2022 (at that time the Ministry of economic development and poverty reduction) as its first deputy.

These changes are taking place on August 2 after a meeting in the presidency of the president in a critical spirit. At that meeting, Dilshod Sultanov received hayfsan as the tax-responsible Deputy Minister of economy and finance.

And on August 3, the tax committee was removed from the Ministry of Economy and finance, the head of the ministry Sherzod Qudbiyev was returned to the chairmanship of the committee, and the deputy prime minister Jamshid Kochkarov was returned to the ministry.

According to the source of Davletovuz, Sultanov and Rustamov are being sent as governors of districts in Tashkent region. They will most likely begin their work in Bekabad and Zangiota districts, the leaders of these districts Furqat Khudoyberdiyev and Abdivahob Tamikayev were taken from work on August 2, after a presidential meeting.
