Did IMEI-code registration prices increase?

These days, reports of a sharp increase in the prices for registration of IMEI-codes of mobile phones caused much discussion. The Customs Committee made an official comment on the situation, stating that prices were not increased. At the same time it is 20% BHM i.e. 75,000. 
According to the committee's comment, if the phone being purchased is being imported in legal ways, then no matter how many sim cards the phone has, IMEI-codes will already be registered. A single customs duty of 30% of the customs value of the device is charged when registering its IMEI-codes if the phone is smuggled in illegal ways, or if it is not specified in the declaration. Only after the payment of this fee will the device be registered from the UzIMEI system.
