“Devil Panties”: Tashkent Clothing Store Sued for Immoral Advertising

A clothing store known for advertising “Devil Panties” on social media has been found to be in violation of moral and spiritual standards for its commercial about “devil panties for mother-in-law.” The commercials have caused mixed reactions among users: some saw it as a joke and a way to attract attention, while others believed it violated moral standards. Therefore, the Competition Committee, having studied the content of the advertisement, drew up an administrative report against the store owner and submitted the materials to the court.
According to the legislation, it is prohibited to use images and expressions in advertising that contradict national and family values, moral and spiritual norms.
