The Jogorku Kenesh once again started talking about the resignation of the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov. This time, this issue was raised by MP Balbak Tulobaev on May 22 at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Agrarian Policy, Kloop reports.
According to Tulobaev, this autumn the parliament will consider the work of the Cabinet of Ministers and now it is thinking about how to assess Akylbek Japarov's reforms.

“What assessment can we give to the reforms of Akylbek Usenbekovich in the agricultural sector, and in general to his reforms? We haven't seen any progress in two years. Therefore, we will see everything in the fall, there are all the promises on the Internet. We sit and listen to everything. If he wants to work, let him work and put things in order, and if not, then let him stop working and not torment anyone,” the deputy said.

Over the past month, this is the second time that the work of the Cabinet of Ministers and its head Akylbek Zhaparov is criticized in parliament. Earlier, opposition MP Adakhan Madumarov spoke out with criticism and a proposal to dismiss the Cabinet of Ministers.

The reason for Madumarov's dissatisfaction was one of the articles of the Constitution, according to which pensions and benefits should not be lower than the subsistence level. However, the Constitutional Court decided that this article "should not be interpreted as an obligation of the state." And later, the Jogorku Kenesh rejected Madumarov's initiative to resign the Cabinet.
