Ingredients:
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of kefir or yogurt
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking soda
For the cream:
600 g of sour cream
6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Preparation:
In a bowl, put the eggs, sugar and salt and mix well. Then, add the vegetable oil and kefir. Finally, add the flour, cocoa and baking soda, knead into a thick dough and pour into a 20–22 cm diameter mold and bake at 180°C for about 40–45 minutes. For the cream, mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar until it becomes the same mass. Cut the top of the baked biscuit for decoration. Then, divide the biscuit into 3 layers and spread the cream between them. Spread cream on the top and sides of the biscuit, decorate as desired, and refrigerate for a day. Our delicious cake is ready!
