Ingredients: 4 tomatoes 4 eggplants 3 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon coriander 50 g cheese Preparation: Pour a little olive oil into a pan, add tomatoes and 4 eggplants, and cover the pan. After the tomatoes and eggplants are cooked, remove the skins of the tomatoes, add chopped garlic and spices. Then, finely chop the tomatoes and eggplants in a pan.
